The Club’s luncheons gave owners and professionals a reliable place to meet. Its programs brought practical subjects into direct discussion. Its public participation established OVBC as a recognized business stakeholder. These were not symbolic accomplishments. The Founders’ Contribution
Henry Hank Jepsen and Gregory Lopeman helped create a structure simple enough to remain accessible and strong enough to become repeatable. The achievement was not merely founding an organization.
