Business trust is not a mood or a badge. It is the expectation created when a company describes its offer honestly, communicates clearly, keeps agreements, and corrects legitimate failures.
The BBB’s presence fit a forum serving owners because reputation and customer accountability cross every industry. OVBC provided a place to discuss complaints, disclosures, advertising, and the conduct on which repeat commerce depends.
